Do my clients need an account?
No. Review links open in any browser — optionally protected by a password or an expiry date you set. You hold the only account.
What does Pro actually cost?
A$5 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. That's the whole price — no per-seat fee, no charge per review link, no bandwidth surcharge. Stripe confirms the amount before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel any time and you keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for. We refund duplicate or already-cancelled charges without argument, and a first-time change of mind within 14 days. Full detail on the refunds page.
What happens when I hit my storage limit?
Uploads pause until you make room, upgrade to Pro, or add a 5 GB hosting-credit pack. Nothing you've uploaded is deleted.
What are hosting credits?
A one-time purchase of 5 GB of extra storage that sits on top of your plan for one year. They stack, and they work on Free or Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your account and the subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Your files stay put within the Free plan's limits.
